As a remote-friendly practice, clients largely don't need to worry about finding parking or the weather to receive legal services. Most of the work we do together, if not all, is done from the comfort of your own home using video conferencing technology. Of course, we might need to attend in-person court appearances, mediation, or depositions, although in some cases these proceedings are held remotely.
All of your case filings and documents will be available to you in your secure client portal, as well as a calendar of deadlines and all communications with the firm, including secure text messaging. Everything related to your case is in one place for you and available by smartphone app or desktop computer.
Proactive and responsive communication with my clients is incredibly important to me. If I miss your phone call, I'll do my best to get back to you in one business day, if not sooner.
